The miracle of posterous.com

Everyone who blogs should explore posterous.com because it gives you the ability to blog (or re-blog) via email and update dozens of different sites at once; Wordpress, Blogspot, Flickr, Tumblr, Twitter, Plurk, Identi.ca.  I didn't understand what it might be good for at first. Now I find it most natural to write something worthwhile in FB and then open Gmail, post to http://williambuell.posterous.com and bingo, my Plurk and Twitter have posts with short titles and tinyurl links to posterous. It becomes an effortless task to feed microblogs whereas to log into Twitter or Plurk or Identi.ca and post something would be inconvenient and would seldom get done. If I am traveling and have only Blackberry and google on something of interest, I need only past it to an email and sent to post@posterous.com .  One can even have posterous post to Facebook but I chose to write in FB directly and then repost excerpts to other sites. One amazing thing about posterous is that you email a bunch of youtube links (I just did this with the movie "Dogma") and when you visit your posterous.com site you see that those links are expanded into embedded playable wigits with a visual clip. Now I will copy this very post, remove Jason's good name, send it to posterous and you will find it there.
